Brent-November 2023 "The Hop was a great place to stay with my family. It is easily accessed with a park at the end of the block; local services are close by as well. The property was as advertised and cute! My kids loved the milkshake bar and bunk beds. Karla was a great host and readily available to answer questions before and during my stay. I appreciated her responsiveness and willingness to help. She even left treats for the family and made sure we could make milkshakes!! I would stay at The Hop again or one of Karla's other properties."

Cheryl-July 2023 "Karla’s house was just right for our “family get together “. The house was very clean and so comfortable. We sat for hours visiting in the living room. The beds were very comfortable. We all commented on that-but my favorite was the bottle water and dispenser. I’m a water snob and that was a wonderful surprise. Location made it easy to get around the triple cities. Plus Karla was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Yes I would stay there again."

There was another easily accessible shower upstairs for people with mobility issues. The home is lovingly furnished with period pieces and finished with 1920's artwork. It was a perfect place for us!!"

Faizan-October 2023 "The suite radiated comfort & cleanliness. Bed was nice and well kept, washroom was very clean. The addition of a fridge and microwave within the suite added a layer of convenience to my stay, allowing for easy snacking and meal preparations. As for proximity to UHS Wilson Center hospital, it's a manageable 25-30 minute walk. The neighborhood itself was peaceful and quiet, ideal for unwinding after a long day. An added bonus was the quaint park nearby, perfect for a leisurely stroll or just soaking in the surroundings. Both Karla and Kylie were super nice, and made me feel at home. Overall, a commendable stay in a peaceful setting."

Tracey-March 2023 "What a nice place to stay and I highly recommend it. Each room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. They supplied not only coffee, creamer and sugar, they also provided little snacks. They also provide filtered water so you don't have to purchase bottled water! The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to make meals. We had a couple of questions and contacted the team. The responses were almost immediate! And the action required was just as immediate. Super friendly hosts, very professional and helpful. The place was clean and the rooms were roomy! When they say vintage, it is just that so please don't expect to walk into a contemporary home. It is vintage and decorated 1920s which was cute and entertaining! The driveway holds 3 cars so we had no issues with parking and there was also parking on the street. If you rent this place, I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!"

So uniquely decorated-every detail was thoughtful. Fully stocked kitchen and baths, super clean, smart TV’s in every room, great location to get pretty much anywhere in Broome county quickly. Carla was very responsive and helpful-we would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a full house with nice porch and yard!"
